Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 4 to 7 days of order by the chosen carrier based on your location and the fastest service available. The usual delivery time is 15 to 21 business days, but you may receive your items much sooner. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays. If you have chosen express shipping, the delivery time is 10 to 15 days, but packages may encounter delays external to our control, such as customs or postal processing delays. We see delays during customs clearance at certain ports of entry. We ask for your patience at this time, as we are all working hard to make sure your order gets to you.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address and other shipping information is entered correctly. We cannot change the information after your order is placed. Sendoora is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned as undeliverable a $7.00 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the net amount of your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse a package from Sendoora, a $7.00 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the net amount of your refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If the tracking information for your package states that it has been delivered and you have not received it - please contact the courier listed in your shipping confirmation. Sendoora does not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered. Sendoora is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

We cannot guarantee whether or not you will be subject to customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs duties, fees, taxes and charges levied by your government.

We currently have warehouses in Belgium and the United States. Orders are shipped from the warehouse that has product availability.

Items are only processed Monday through Friday and are not processed on weekends or holidays. Shipping estimates do not include processing times, weekends or holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include unforeseen courier delays. Please add 1 - 3 business days to our shipping estimates for remote addresses.
