We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items being returned must be in the unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We will not issue a return or refund if you do not provide us with proof, such as videos/photos, that the item is broken or damaged.
- We do not accept packages returned by cash on delivery service. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
- We do not accept returns of items that are on sale. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE END-OF-SALE ITEMS.
All clearance or discounted items are END SALES and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us (Belgium Warehouse) without first making a return request will not be accepted.

If your item is incorrect, it must be reported to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving the delivery - please note that if the item is not reported within the specified time period, you will not receive a refund.
If an incorrect item was processed through our facility, we will refund up to $7.00 in shipping costs.
Merchandise can be returned to our distribution center. All packages must have a tracking number, as lost packages without tracking information will not be refunded.
Original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt of the package. Please allow for official processing times.
If unauthorized items are returned and received by our facility, a 50% handling fee will be charged.

Damages and Problems
Please be sure to check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess and correct the problem.
Returned items must be unworn/unwashed, free of stains (including makeup), free of pet hair, and free of obvious odors/odors (including perfume or deodorant) with all product labels attached.
If your item is defective, it must be reported to us via email (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that if a defect is not reported within the specified period, you will not receive a refund.
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. We regret that we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded according to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging and cannot have been used beforehand.

Refused & undeliverable packages
Orders that are refused by the customer upon delivery and orders that are made "undeliverable" by the courier are subject to a $7.00 handling fee.
